A finning azt jelenti, hogy a c\u00e1p\u00e1k uszonyai lev\u00e1g\u00e1sra ker\u00fclnek a tengeren, mik\u00f6zben az \u00e1llat m\u00e9g \u00e9letben lehet. A c\u00e1pa fennmarad\u00f3 r\u00e9sz\u00e9t a v\u00edzbe dobj\u00e1k, mert h\u00fasa szinte \u00e9rt\u00e9ktelen az uszonyokkal \u00f6sszehasonl\u00edtva. Az uszonyoknak term\u00e9szetesen a has\u00edtott testhez kell kapcsol\u00f3dniuk, amikor a haj\u00f3t kik\u00f6t\u0151ben rakodj\u00e1k ki. Sok orsz\u00e1gban tov\u00e1bbra is megengedett az uszonyok lemetsz\u00e9se. Ez\u00e9rt tov\u00e1bbra is hatalmas mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 uszony tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 a glob\u00e1lis piacon, amelynek eredete ritk\u00e1n nyomon k\u00f6vethet\u0151 [8]. Ezekkel azonban tov\u00e1bbra is leg\u00e1lisan lehet Eur\u00f3p\u00e1ban \u00e9s eg\u00e9sz Eur\u00f3p\u00e1ban kereskedni.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-content-boxes content-boxes columns row
